Return and Refund Inquiries

Preorders: please note that all preorder sales are final. If I have made a mistake and miscounted or sent the wrong colors to you as part of a preorder, please reply to your order confirmation email and I will work with you to rectify this and get you the correct items. Thank you for your understanding!

For purchases of in stock items: please reply to your order confirmation email if you have any issues with your order. I will respond as quickly as possible! I'm so grateful for your trust and support and hope you love everything that you get.

If you are unhappy with your in stock purchase when it arrives, please reach out within seven days of its arrival and I will help orchestrate a return. If your items are eligible for return you will be required to purchase return shipping. Refunds will be issued when the items are received and their condition is accepted. Please understand that I cannot refund or accept returns of any items that have already been used or yarn that has been used/caked/wound/or changed in any way from the skeined and banded form that it was shipped to you in. 

While I am not liable for postal delays and mishaps, please contact me if your item(s) arrive damaged and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you!
